About Us

The Yoga Shala offers in person and virtual yoga classes for a close-knit, non-competitive community of yogis and yoginis practicing in Winter Park, Florida. We practice a style of yoga known as Ashtanga Yoga, in the Mysore method. This yoga practice can be made accessible to people of all ages, all backgrounds, all physical abilities and health conditions, and those working through injuries. Even better, the benefits of yoga are available to all - from beginners, to more advanced practitioners, and everyone in between.

Ashtanga Yoga is a rewarding, lifelong yoga practice that will enhance every part of your existence: physically, mentally and spiritually.
