About Us

Jamie Hollis, MA is the founder of North Star Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in working with teams and leaders across the nation, Jamie brings her personalized style using authenticity and empowerment to professionals, organizations, nonprofits, schools, first responders, and medical personnel.

Education and Certifications
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Jamie holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Jamie also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Certificate in Fundraising and Development from the Edyth Bush Institute at Rollins College. She is a certified DiSC® trainer, and has a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development. Jamie’s education has culminated in a focus on leadership development and working with teams to bring functional cohesion.

Experience
Prior to founding North Star Consulting, Jamie held senior roles at The Edyth Bush Institute- Crummer Graduate School of Business/Rollins College, the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, and Easter Seals of Central Illinois. Within these leadership roles, Jamie developed and led various leadership, employee engagement, career reentry, and team building programs.
