Brandon Gans, founder of Gans Law, is a former Deputy Sheriff and State Prosecutor who uses his law enforcement and courtroom experience to defend clients. He has handled hundreds of criminal and traffic cases, including high-profile matters as a Special Prosecutor. Brandon earned his law degree from Barry University, graduated from the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy, and holds a B.S. in Criminology from Florida State. He is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients.

Cindy Moore brings over 20 years of experience in the legal field, providing comprehensive support in legal administration, case management, and marketing. Her extensive background allows her to approach each case and client interaction with knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. Known for her compassion, empathy, and attention to detail, Cindy is committed to ensuring that every person she assists, whether in person or over the phone, feels heard, respected, and supported. She understands that legal matters can be overwhelming, and she takes pride in guiding clients through the process with patience and care while making sure they receive the assistance they need.

Attorney Danielle Padilla has worked in the legal field since 2010 and serves as an Associate Criminal Defense Attorney at Gans Law. As a former police officer and experienced attorney, Danielle brings a unique insider perspective to defending clients facing criminal charges throughout Central Florida. Her background on both sides of the justice system allows her to identify investigative errors and protect her clients’ constitutional rights.Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she served as a Teaching Assistant for Evidence and excelled in Criminal Procedure and Florida Constitutional Law. She also holds a degree in Criminal Justice and completed her undergraduate studies in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida.

Attorney Ian Wise brings 17+ years of legal and criminal justice experience to Gans Law. A Barry Law graduate and former police officer of 13 years, he is a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) and Traffic Homicide Investigator (THI). Ian now uses his insider law enforcement knowledge to defend clients in DUI, criminal, and injunction cases. A published legal author and native Spanish speaker, Ian is also a devoted family man, hockey player, and passionate cook.
